I have the same one that ArmaniMan has. I have had it for going on 4 years. My girls love it. I have never used the rain guard. So I can not comment on it. I love the stroller. It is easy to open, close, push, and the handle is long enough to walk with out bending over. The only problem is Jackie and Sadie always sits close to the front. If they are not harnessed in and I hit a bump they can fall out. But that is my girls. I would recommend it. I saw them on CSNstores about 2 weeks ago for $35.00 in the clearance dept. I was going to get another one, but I have already purchased 4 car seats and now I have more car seats than dogs.LOL hum, that could be a good thing.
