I have a 5 1/2 year old Shih Tzu named Bear, my Yorkie is 9 weeks named Gizmo. They have just started playing together in the last few days, but I am concerned about how rough they play. Bear is about 18-20 pounds and Gizmo is about 1 1/2 pound. I always sit on the floor by them when they play, Bear nips at Gizmo, which doesn't seem to hurt him, he never yelps like he is hurt or any thing, then Gizmo turns around and bites Bear. Is this normal, I have never had 2 dogs at one time. I know this is there way of playing, but they seem to get so rough and with the size difference, I am scared Bear is going to hurt Gizmo. Should I be worried?
