By that breeder's definition Kaji or even a 10 lb dog is a teacup.
I can hold Kaji with one hand for hours, if I have to, he fits in a "special" purse (size small) and he wears xs clothing. Hahahaha! Well what do you know, I have a 7 lb teacup! Or is he a coffee mug? Those are bigger but still portable right?
