Make sure the blood work you get done includes a Bile Acid test done to check for possible liver disease.
If your puppy is having seizures, I would be very concerned about a liver shunt or MVD, as seizures can accompany these conditions. You can do a search on "liver shunt" on here and learn more. It's sooo important to Bile Acid test your Yorkie! A liver shunt can significantly shorten a dogs life and you will need to have surgery done. I also agree that you should try to get bloodwork ASAP. I hope you can get in before the weekend.
