I am a little confused by your story.......are you saying that he has an open fontanel? I would be extremely concerned if your puppy has not started to have seizures. There is a very real possiblity that he might have hydrocephalus which is too much fluid on the brain. This is not something to wait until next week for blood tests. Did you vet ever say that the open font had closed? If I were you I would be taking him back to the vet first thing in the morning.
