I was getting ready to go to my volunteer day at the shelter today and when I looked over I saw Nikki snuggled up with Pixie. Nikki the rescue I took in a year ago when his owner had a stroke has always been attached to me. He does not interact with my 3 girls much and has been going after Roxie and Cali lately. He has never gone over to their beds and snuggled up with them until today. Once or twice he has let Pixie lay next to him in his bed which is right next to me. It was so heartwarming to see Pixie and him snuggled up in her bed.
