Wow I feel like the rug was just pulled out from underneath me. It is great that the starvation issue is only tapeworms according to what OP heard from the friend that took the dog to the vet because the original owner did not. But it still has me upset that the issue of abuse to the dog, sitting in a crate covered by it's own waste, having tapeworms so no flea medication, and a negligent owner who does not have the time to check on their own dogs or take them to the vet is not addressed. I understand it is not YT's job to resolve this issue. It just seems like the OP is just sweeping the other issues under the rug in order to wrap up the thread (it's only tapeworms) after Lil Sis asked about the Lost Yorkie posts. Sorry I just needed to ask these questions since I I was emotionally drawn into the thread.
