Hi my name is Alyssa and I am from Oklahoma. I am currently looking for the right yorkie for me. I am really glad I came across this site in my search for my special baby. I use to own a male yorkie when I was a teen in high school and someone stole him and I owned a small female that died from unknown cause. So now it's time for me to try again at owning a special baby. I am 28 years old and I am married with three kids. I know a lot of people don't like yorkies with children but my kids are great with our Jacks we have and I think the puppy will be fine. ^^ I would be very protective any ways. lol I just want to say it is very nice to meet you all and this is such a wonderful site. I really wish I came across this site 7 years ago when I bought my female from a puppy store in Arlington, Texas. I was very ignorant of puppy mills and brokers. Now from this site, I can see why her temperament was horrible. She never wanted to play and was very timid and scared of everything. Not a very fun puppy to have and one day about almost a year old she die. The vet looked her over but I didn't have the money to actually figure out what happened. I figure it was poor treatment as a pup in a mill or born with some illness. Either way I am hoping my new journey finds me a great baby that I will spend a long time with. ^^ It is very nice to meet you all and I hope to get to know you better.
