I want to wish you all the luck in the world! It is always nerve-wracking having a first litter (Just had my second one last Saturday morning at 2 am!!) . I understand that this was an accidental pregnancy as that can happen so I want you to know that you can always come here for help.
Just make sure you are in contact with your vet with any concerns, questions, and are making regular checkups to prepare your babydoll.
Us breeders here, have a bunch of experience and are always willing to help the best way possible.
Start looking into having all stuff ready to go (thermostats, weighing device, puppy supplement, hemostat, dental floss, heating pad/light, etc.)
So do you have any questions that we can help you with?
