Maybe your ovary is irritated from something and the fluid is just the process of our body attempting to cool down and splint same with body fluids, like when you sprain and ankle and it swells due to fluid rushing to the area of injury. Hope you get good news at the doctor tomorrow that it is nothing big. I wish I knew more. Prayers for your full recovery.
