So sorry to hear about sweet Mariposa.
Buster uses collars for fashion and ID and a harness for walking. I also put an id tag on his harness just in case. I also have a hook on blinking light that I put on him when we are walking a night so I can see him. When he was a puppy we used to shout out little man walking so we would be aware he was moving about.
