I don't think that you necessarily have to be an "old biddie" to have the problems these women are describing.
True, some of these problems are more pronounced with age, but geez I'm only 30 and have some of the problems they are describing!
Now, back to subject. Yes, there are many days I too despise that time of the month. In fact I'm sure EVERY woman does at some point.
It IS however, the perfect time that I can have an excuse to eat all the chocolate I want!
