AMEN!!! And each year you get new aches and pains and a few more age lines, age spots and before you know it, your fingertips look like you were in the water too long when you haven't even had them in water, and you realize how quickly you gain weight and how difficult it is to lose the older you get. Food becomes very important because you can no longer eat all the yummy things you did years before because you either get upset tummy or VERY quickly gain weight. You then soon realize you can no longer run very well and are afraid if you do, you may fall. Falling is one thing you are very, very careful not to do for fear of breaking a hip. Joints hurt, and housework becomes harder and harder.
I hope this makes your young woman problem seem pale by comparison.
