The best remedy is to treat everything at once. I found a suggestion online saying to put salt down on your couch, carpet, etc leave it on overnight and then vacuum thoroughly the next morning. I haven't tried it out yet, but I would def. leave it to the professionals if it's an option. Don't forget about the doggy car seat when you're treating areas (if your pup rides with you often)
