I was using the regular Shark steam mop and recently bought the one that vaccums and steams. I've used it once and it vacuums really well. But, like the regular Shark this one also leaves streaks when steaming. Seems to clean pretty good, but doesn't really get the grout clean. Has anyone tried a professional tile cleaning service like Servic Master? Any good?
