Quite frankly, I wouldn't let her little paws touch anywhere outside, or be with other dogs just yet. She can still get parvo even though she's had the vaccine. Your moms dog could possibly bring the parvo virus inside, but not get it himself since he's older, but your baby could easily get it even inside your moms home. I had a dog who had her one year parvo booster and still got a major case of parvo. It's nasty stuff and can be transmitted thru her paws while just walking around outside. You will have your baby for many years, so there's plenty of time to let her socialize.
