I've had so many bad experiences that this is why I now do it myself. I only take Teddi to the groomers for them to cut her toe nails (because I am too scared to do it). They never seem to listen. I once took her to get a bath (no cutting) and they cut her hair around her eyes.....it's so frustrating that's why I just started doing it myself and growing her out. I have no idea what I will do if I ever start taking her again.
