i had the dilemma that i live in a pet friendly apartment complex with 400 units and most of them with one to two dogs. i was a paranoid freak about her getting sick! so i tried the puppy pads which were not successful til almost a year later. but she caught on very quickly outside to pee, however she still poops in the house...usually in the bathroom.
