Any breed of dog can have this problem. How old is your male? Some boys are late in dropping. This can be trait that your dog has inherited of undescending testicles. You should never use a male with one testicle beacuse of this. I also shy away from males that will drop them late( over 10 months of age) as I do not want to take a chance of any future problems down the road.
