If she is urinating an excessive amount, that may be a sign of diabetes - I don't mean to scare you - but excessive drinking and urinating can be a sign of diabetes. It's probably not life treatening at this time - but something that I would check out after the holidays - especially if she drinks a lot of liquid.
I do understand about living in the woods and not being able to let them out by themselves - we used to live in the same setting, but not anymore.
