You never know! We have two larger dogs, 50 and 75 lbs and we always watch them together. We don't let them play chase, it gets our Viszla, a hunting dog, too excited. We don't let them play tug of war, Brandi has learned to just let Shadow have the toy and wait for her to tire of it.
Even though they are raised together it only takes one wrong step for Shadow to get hurt.
