Amy, why don't you buy her human preme baby diapers and cut a hole out in the back and then put her cloth diaper on over the baby diapers. I am not sure what you are putting in your cloth diaper to obsorb the liquid but if the cloth diaper is big enough put a full size kotex (I haven't used them in years) in her diaper.
Have you talked to your vet about the amount of liquid she is producing? This sound like more than normal but I am just not sure. I don't know if she has a medical problem or not.
