If it was due to how you described it, you'll have the same problem at the next groomer...suggestion: take a picture (picture's worth a thousand words!!!)
Not saying it was due to your description -- anyone that's been to a hairdresser knows we say one inch they have a different measuring system...our one inch equates to 3 of their inches!!! lol
