I had a shark, LOVED IT! I used to add bleach to the water just to get my tile floor super clean, it did a GREAT job. One day it stopped working. I think the bleach residue gunked it up and maybe ate through plastic parts! I was so bummed! I have not replaced it since I moved and don't have tile anymore.
