If you haven't had her groomed it all before, do NOT start trimming around the eyes...you'll always be constantly doing it or it will poke them in the eyes. It's best to let it grow out until it naturally falls over their nose and that will keep it out of their eyes the best.
I once had a bad grooming job done where they shaved his nose and it has taken a really long time to grow that hair back out. It still sticks up, but it's getting better. Be patient with it through the growing stage and you will be glad you did!
