I found the best way to get what you want is to write it out in detail with both the do's and don't listed. Make a copy and leave it with them. Have them staple it to the order and it should take care of all communication problems. Once you get a perfect groom & it might take a few....take a pic and add that to the written words.

BTW $65 for a grooming in FL is way too much! I pay $30-35 each for mine. They do an excellent job, treat the pups like royalty, add bows and seasonal "neck-tie collars," and have them smelling SOOOOO good!
