You made a deal with the breeder when you bought a puppy under limited registration. In other words you got papers that stated your dog was a purebred and was under AKC but not to be bred.
I don't speak for anyone else but my feelings are that you should honor the agreement you made and register it under AKC and DO NOT BREED. Now I can't be your conscience but to reg it in any other club so you can breed it is DISHONEST. And if you aren't intending to breed then your AKC papers are enough. These ( as a breeder ) are my feelings and I am sure you will hear from others on this.
