After my son was over with his American Bulldog, Tibbe found a new bark and a new attitude. Danny and I were so watchful of the two of them that they barely got to touch as there is such a size difference but just being in the room and watching Tex out in the backyard through the window gave Tibbe a burst of testosterone or something as he really really acted very different from that time forward. That next day, he actually barked out the neighbor's dog which had been barking at him and the other dog backed off from the fence and things have been very different with Tibbe since Tex' visit. I think Tibbe actually saw what is was like to be the alpha dog(which Tex definitely is around all but Tibbe) and he liked it! And his barking has been was more foreceful since that first visit from Tex. Ha! |
