I totally agree. Someone who is denied a puppy is going to have negative feelings. But the fact that they were denied shows the breeder to be doing her job. that should not be viewed as negative.
Denying a person does not mean that person is thought to be unfit to own a dog, but rather, just not the best home for this particular puppy.
