Well, it has been 5 weeks since Lily's liver shunt surgery at Cape Cod Vet Specialists and we are tickled pink that she is doing so well. At 4, she has turned back into a puppy again. The change is remarkable. She is still on SD LD diet for another 3 months and absolutely loves it. Feeding her 3 to 4 small meals during the day. She is off all antibiotics and lactulose and basically
in very good health. We will return in 2 months to retest her BAT and discuss the kidney calcification and take it from there.
Can't thank everyone on here enough for all of there love and support through this ordeal.
Sending high recommendations for CCVS. They were wonderful !!!
