Shes from Corpus Christi, Texas but now lives with me in Austin, Tx. Shes 2 years young and I'm 26 years old. I've never owned a Yorkie before and it had been 8 years since I've owned a dog so needless to say I was a little reluctant to A.) Have to start caring for another life and B.) Get attached to a pet again. Shes been with me now for a little over 4 weeks but by obviousness of our attachment to one another you would think I birthed her myself. Since the day she arrived I've been getting 90% of my questions answered from this wonderful forum, questions like 'How much I should feed her?' to 'How to clean yorkie ears' and we just wanna give a big THANK YOU to everyone for being awesome and sharing your knowledge. I still have plenty to learn and am excited to be a new mom and a new member of a community that shares the same kind of love for these awesome little critters

Welcome to YT!!! When I read what I bolded, you had me on the floor laughing! I am the exact same way with my little boy. He's 2, I'm 25 and the way we are connected you would think he's my biological son. We have similar stories.

If there is something that you need answered, but you can't find a thread or the info, feel free to ask. I'm sure someone, somewhere in the community has had that experience and has some knowledge to share.
