I agree with Villette. There are a lot of issues to be considered. I BET that there are house-training issues if he is intact..Bot Pat and I can tell you about those issues with intact males. Of course, that is NOT ALWAY the case but all too often it is. Then the new owner says "OMG, I cannot take one more baptism of my furniture!! What was I thinkin'?" and the boy needs to go to another home. Was the breeder his current owner? Did they keep him crated a lot or is he well-socialized and therefore, more receptive to training and a new home??
I am not saying not to get him if training is important, but I am advising that you learn all you can about dealing with an untrained adult male. Best of luck and let us know what you decide. And, any pics???
