Hi Jo Ann,
That post caught my attention because I really do not live that far away from Tulare. A few months ago a yorkie was found in our very little town... And I could not help but think of this missing Yorkie a few cities away from me. But, i read further, and I believe the post said that the dog was actually not a yorkie , but looked like one. This yorkie ,that I am referring to was not microchipped, and extremely traumatized , her condition was dreadful ... So it got me thinking about the lost dog that this family had. I was not sure if this may have been the lost dog in tulare , that is why i posted to the thread.
