At this young of an age she knows no better. "Without knowing" you could very well be enticing her to do that just thing. I mean like playing with your hands(they are meant for petting, feeding and holding) and nothing else. You need a toy for her to chew on and play with. If she by chance gets a hold of your hands/fingers you need to tell her no! and stop all play for a moment. Then pet her and say something in a low tone to comfort her. By all means, she is just a little baby,,,it is now your responsiblity to teach her the ins and outs...pros and cons of her bahaviors that you do not desire

Once she is older she will know what is proper to do to Mommy or Daddy when it comes time to play. Be patient.
