Finding a good vet is hard. I drive out to Hermosa Beach because I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kaji's new vet. The vet and the techs quickly realized Kaji was scared and they took the time to make him feel comfortable before proceeding. The vet was there with him in the exam room giving him tiny treats until he let her touch him. Took a while, but I loved that she took the time to do it.
I can't rave about the price, since I think it costs a little more, but I think the service is worth it. There really isn't much else you can do. If you were treated poorly, well then it's time to move on.
