I am so glad to read this.... I have been going nuts. Remy gained a pound... she went from 3.5 to 4.5 in a few weeks after her spay. The first half a pound I was so happy... she was too skinny.. then came the 2nd 1/2 pound and I am afraid to weigh her now
She is 14 months and I thought she was done growing. She is active and happy... we just call her miss piggy.
I thought it was my fault.. am I feeding her too much, how much weight gain is unhealthy? Her big brother (a shih tuz) was put on a diet by the vet.. so maybe it is me
