I use plain organic yogurt, some kibble or a treat, and peanut butter (I finally found some that has no sugar or salt). The peanut butter is only to seal up the openings. Sometimes I put some chicken baby food (no onion or garlic, only chicken and water) and pumpkin (if there is soft poo) in it. Then I stick it in the freezer
