My brother (engineer) says a smart car isn't so smart. It lacks a crumple zone, and in the event of an impact the design looks like it could easily topple over. Granted he hasn't actually studied the design of that car. He could be very wrong.
I'm dreading pumping gas tonight. I don't know what the prices are going to look like.
