Sophie Kate is a harness and collar wearer. Harness ONLY when walking or riding in the car and a collar is on her 24/7 with her tags. Everyone knows never to walk her with a collar (she has a collapsed trachea) but I keep her leash attached to her harness just in case.
Only time the collar is off is when she is being bathed or groomed.
