I didn't know she was trying to do an avatar, you can do a direct link from photobucket for that, I thought she was doing an album I'm so confused right now, I don't think I could help anyone, but at least the avatar is uploaded!
You can also upload a picture as your "profile picture", it shows up on your profile page, while your avatar shows up besides your posts. To upload a profile picture click on this:
