If you read the link I gave you it has step by step instructions on creating an album. First you create the album, title it and make it "public" if you want others to see the contents. You don't have to put a description if you don't want.
After you have selected the type of album you want, and a title, it will take you to another page where you can upload pictures from your computer. You can upload three pictures at a time. You can rename your pictures and save them. The first picture is automatically chosen as the default picture for the album cover, but you can change this by selecting another picture. You can continue uploading pictures to this album or create new albums. The page where the pictures are uploaded will give you information on how much storage you have available.
You cannot link the pictures from photobucket you your album, you have to upload them from your computer. So save the pictures from photobucket to a folder on your computer, and then just upload them from that folder. Here again, is the link.
