Default Thick crusty yellowish bumps, one on each ear?

I can't get Poppy into the vet until next week, I just noticed yesterday she has one on each ear on the inside of the ear. They're raised bumps, slightly crusty but not crusting at all, just that FEELING of crusty. They appear to be yellow in color and aren't deep inside the ear, just on the inside of her ears on the skin.

I just spent a while googling this and a million different "conditions" popped up that seem really scary.

Does anyone have any ideas on what this may be and if it warrants a very expensive emergency vet visit? I honestly have no idea how long they've been there, but she was just recently groomed a few weeks ago and they weren't there. I'd rather wait until her regular vet can see her, but obviously I'm concerned.

Also, she almost never goes outside, she hates it outside so it's hard for me to imagine it's any type of parasite, although I'm not counting that out here.

Any ideas?
