Default Concerned about Vaccinations

Some of you may remember that when I picked up my baby, way too early, the breeder give her shot before we left. The next day when we went to vet he said measles was left out of the shot the breeder give and he give her 2 shots. From research I am quite sure that was a big mistake and there was a big difference in her for about 24 hours. That was at 6 weeks, she will be 9 weeks tomorrow and I know they suggest shots at 9 weeks according to the site I looked at

***Combination vaccine* without leptospirosis.
Coronavirus: where coronavirus is a concern.

Should I go ahead and take her in or wait a couple of more weeks until time for 12 week shots? She is still so little, but quite the bundle of energy...just not sure what to do. Also, will be going to a new vet as I really don't think the vet looked at her chart before telling the asst. to give the shots.
Thanks
