sometimes if they've never had it done before they will yelp and act like it hurts. its just different for them and they are not used to it. If her ears are really gross inside and you really think they need to be plucked then your just gonna have to get someone to hold her for you. only pluck a few hairs at a time. If her ears are relatively clean and your just cleaning them for maintenance then i wouldn't worry about the hair. if its not broke, don't fix it.
