Oh, bless your heart, this brings tears to my eyes. That poor baby and what neglect he has lived with is so unreal to me. I don't understand people....what you have a baby...so the h--l with the dog? I just comprehend this.
Look has his little face, it's precious! When he is bathed and cut...he will be gorgeous! Can't wait to see pictures.
