When Gus was in the hospital there was a dog there who was having emergance surgery for eatting a corn cob. He had 3 very larg pieces stuck in his intestines. He was rushed in the day after Gus's accident and had surgery but did not survive. He was a big dog,,,,, a mut, but a very good looking dog who went by the name of Rocky. I don't remember much of that time. I was a mess myself worring about Gus but I do remember the family who lost their family pet due to a corn cob. I USED to let Gus play with them but not anymore!
