If you are using Irfanview, are you resizing then saving the image?
I keep a separate folder in my Pictures folder, I name it YorkieTalk, and when I resize a picture for uploading to YT I save the resized image to the YorkieTalk folder.
But, uploading to an album, if you don't resize the pic YT will resize it.
What format is your image in? All mine are Jpgs.
