Outdoor.
Didn't want to deal with potty inside the house. I tried with the pad initially because that's what the breeder was doing. But it wasn't working Kody was tearing and chewing them up. I didn't know at the time that they had trays made for the pads

. So when he had his first vet visit which was the very next day - I asked about outside training. I was told it was fine to do so, in the long run it would save me the headache of trying to switch. So that's what we have been doing around the clocke literally. Kody doesn't give us a sign as to when he has to go Potty. So I know to take him once he wakes up, after napping, after meals and before bed - and all times in between. He goes out to pee about every 1.5 hr now. He knows the command Potty and will always pee no matter what.
We still have accidents in the house and if caught in the act he is scolded with the word "no" and then put in this crate if it's poo - if it's pee - I will immediately take him outside.
I just purchased the bells after learning about them. I've had them hung for a week now, and although I believe he knows what they stand for he has yet to use them consistently. He using them every now and then. I reinforce this method each time I take him out hoping he will get the message soon.
