I'm a cereal addict.... I have a fast metabolism so I have to eat as soon as I get up in the morning, which on work days means 5 am. It's always cereal though.... favorites are Cocoa Puffs, Lucky Charms, Fruity Pebbles (nothing "good" for me) but when I'm feeling like I need to eat healthier I do Cheerios. Problem with that one is I put sugar on them. On the weekends it's usually Malt O Meal.
