OMG!!! I'm so sorry for you and your boyfriends loss!!! Harley sounds like he was a very sweet and gentle dog!!
I got my girls those "mesh" harness's from Walmart...I really like them...2 of My girls are 7 lbs...and I had to get the XS...for toy breeds...the SMALL was just too big...you just have to make sure you get the right size..they seem like they are good quality....not expensive like some that others have or make...(not that those aren't great too).
....but good for my 4 and 7 lber's....
I have no worries of them breaking loose from them...
